How do I confirm that what I want is in stock and will ship immediately?

It is very easy. Just look at the "Ready to Ship" quantities displayed on our site under each product. These numbers reflect the exact amount of inventory in our warehouse that is available for immediate shipment. If we run out of a given product, our system no longer displays the product. We do this to make your shopping experience fast, easy, and efficient.

We decided to offer our product in case quantities and box quantities because we realized that our customers sometimes like to test small amounts of a given product before buying a lot of it.


How do I determine shipping costs to my address?

Step 1 - Create a cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button under the products you want to purchase
Step 2 - Beneath the items in your cart you will see "Shipping Calculator" in the middle of the page
Step 3 - Enter the state and zip code where your order will be shipped
Step 4 - Click "Get a Quote"



When will my order ship?
In general, orders placed before 2PM Central on a business day will ship that same day and you will receive a confirmation of shipment at that time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship on weekends and on holidays. All orders placed after 2PM Central or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the following business day.


When will I receive my order confirmation number and tracking number?
You will receive two order related e-mails from our office. The first e-mail will be sent to you immediately after you place your order and will contain your order confirmation number. You will then receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will contain your shipment's tracking number. If you have not received either of the two e-mails mentioned above, please check your SPAM folder. If you find nothing in your SPAM folder, please contact our office by calling (800) 720-6035 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].


I have received my tracking number from BulkAmmo.com, but where do I go to use it?
If you registered on our website, you can login here and view up to the minute information about your order to include its location enroute to your doorstep. Alternatively, if you did not register on our site, just go to the web site of the carrier you chose and enter your tracking number. Please note that sometimes carriers do not update tracking numbers until the following morning after your order ships.


Can BulkAmmo.com ship signature required?
Yes, we can. During Step 4 of the Checkout Process, which is titled "Shipping Method", you have the opportunity to add Adult Signature Required as an optional shipping upgrade. The cost is $4.50 and if you check the upgrade box, we will ship your order "Adult Signature Required", which means that an adult (over 21) must sign at the time of delivery. The additional fee that is displayed is applied to cover the carrier charges for this service. If this box is not checked, no adult signature will be required at the time of delivery and no additional fees will be charged.


Can BulkAmmo.com ship to me?
We do not ship to any jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited by local, state, or federal law. Before placing your order, please do whatever research is necessary to ensure that shipping your order does not violate any local, state, or federal laws. BulkAmmo.com does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, California, New York City, or Chicago. If your shipping address is in Illinois, New Jersey, New York state, or Connecticut, our office will require the documentation that these states require our office to collect. No, unfortunately BulkAmmo.com can no longer ship any products to California. The regulatory burden grew too great for us to be able to handle. We are very sorry and we will miss our customers and friends on the West Coast here at BulkAmmo.


Can I pick up my order in Indianapolis?
Sorry, but our warehouse is not set up to process walk-in orders or pickups. We will sure ship your order fast though (usually same day if you order by the early afternoon).


What is the BulkAmmo.com return policy?
We do accept returns for defective or damaged product where customers notify us of such issues within thirty days of their order date. If there is anything wrong with your product, we want to make things right. We just ask that you tell us about any issues quickly so that we can service you promptly.
