*Delivery term*

*Most orders are processed for shipment or leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours from the date of confirmation of your order; unless otherwise specified. Delivery or transit times will vary according to package size and delivery location. Small and medium packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the packages leave our warehouse. Orders containing bumpers, doors, hoods or other large parts may still qualify for free shipping, however, these items require special handling and are usually shipped through Truck Freight, where delivery or transit times may take a while more (see Truck Freight information below). In addition, there may be cases in which orders with multiple parts / items have multiple tracking numbers, depending on the store from which the parts / items come from. In addition, although we are pleased to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii and other areas outside of the continental United States, delivery times will be longer. Please note that we decline all responsibility for orders that do not meet the anticipated delivery dates.*



*Truck transportation*

*Truck transportation applies to orders that include parts or large items; such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc., which require special handling due to their shape, weight or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are sent through Truck Freight. Generally, orders are processed for shipment within 24 to 48 hours from the date of confirmation of your order, unless otherwise specified. Delivery may take between 10 and 14 business days (except weekends and holidays), within the continental United States. Truck Freight to Alaska and Hawaii can delay additional delivery days and require additional charges. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you by phone or email with a revised shipping quote.*



*Overnight and 2 day shipping*

*Evening or 2-day shipping is available for most small and medium-sized packages for additional charges. Specific shipping options will be displayed in the box after entering a shipping address. Air cargo carriers reserve the right to extend their delivery times within 24 hours when they are delivered to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and air cargo charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Monday through Friday only. There are no deliveries during the night or the second day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Also, keep in mind that if you place your order (s) for deliveries during the night and 2 days on a weekend or on a holiday, the processing of your order will only begin the next available business day*
