What are my delivery options?
Please wait until after your estimated delivery date before contacting us, as our team are unable to advise on your delivery until after this date has passed.
UK Orders can be shipped via express (next working day, subject to location) or standard delivery.
Disney Partner Products can take up to 20 working days to arrive. Most of these are shipped by Hermes, and you can track on the Hermes website with your tracking number. Select Disney Partner Products, and Disney Home Entertainment (DVD and Blu-Ray discs) items, are shipped by Royal Mail. Media items will arrive within five working days and other Disney Partner items will arrive within 20 working days.
Your order can arrive between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Depending on the individual driver in your area, your order may arrive on a Saturday but this isn鈥檛 guaranteed. When the courier has your parcel, you'll be given a 2 hour delivery ETA.
UK deliveries are made by Hermes, apart from DVDs and Blu-rays which are delivered by Royal Mail. You can find more info on Click & Collect here.
