Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 4-5 business days. Most personalized items will arrive within 6-7 business days. Some items, including customized items and items shipped from locations other than our warehouse, may take longer. These windows may be extended during peak periods. Please check individual product pages for specific delivery schedules.
Want it in a hurry? Next Day and 2-Day Express Delivery options are available for an extra charge, subject to availability. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for personalized express orders to ship. Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If this occurs, please utilize the Return/Exchange process outlined on your packing slip or contact Guest Services for support. Select a contact option at the bottom of this article.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Order value is equal to the subtotal of all items ordered, plus Gift Wrap, Gift Box, and Personalization charges, but excludes Gift Cards.
Express Delivery is not available for deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, remote or rural areas, and international addresses.
Personalization Delivery Timeframe
Most personalized items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 6-7 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for personalized express orders to ship. These windows may be extended during peak periods. Customized items, which include customized t-shirts, fleece, bags, watches, mugs, mousepads, and wall décor, may take longer to ship. Please check individual product detail pages for specific delivery schedules.

Other Exceptions and Restrictions
Rural Delivery/APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico/P.O. Boxes
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than specified. Items ordered together may ship separately. Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. shopDisney.com can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only. Please contact your local USPS or PO Box location or Military mail station for additional tracking information.
Large Express Orders
All orders containing more than 250 units are not eligible for Express Shipping.
International Shipping
Charges
The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment.
