The shipping cost of your vacuum cleaner, fan, heater, humidifier, purifier, hair dryer, or lighting is free of charge when ordering on Dyson.com. All tools, accessories, and spare parts will incur an $8.95 shipping and handling charge. Orders received by 1pm EST Monday-Friday will usually ship same day. Orders received after will usually ship the next day. Exceptions may apply for any order which requires additional review for various reasons. Transit time varies depending on the customer proximity to the warehouses and where inventory is available.
If no one is home when your order is delivered, you will generally receive a card from the courier with further instructions. Please note due to size restrictions, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
2-Day Shipping on Machines
In-stock orders placed before 11:30AM EST Monday-Friday typically ship within 1 business day. Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 11:30 AM Eastern Time, on Saturday-Sunday, or on public holidays. Exceptions may apply for any order which requires additional review for various reasons. Tools, accessories and spare parts are not eligible for free 2-day shipping. They will ship separately, and be delivered within 10-15 business days.
On acceptance of orders, Dyson will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. Dyson will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, Dyson may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center, and inventory availability. A small number of zip codes are not eligible for 2-day service. Affected addresses will reflect this and display free standard shipping in the order summary. Dyson only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states, and cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If no one is available to receive packages when a delivery attempt is made, the courier will generally leave a notification with further instructions.
