Shipping Information
Our couriers deliver between 8 AM and 6 PM between Monday and Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
Where can I ship my order?
Our couriers will come to your home or work address in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom*. Please note that our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
*Unfortunately we cannot ship to any overseas departments and territories of the above mentioned countries, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Shetland Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Campione d'Italia, Citt脿 del Vaticano, Livigno, San Marino, Monaco, B眉singen am Hochrhein, Helgoland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. Any orders addressed to these locations will be cancelled.
My country is not listed above. Can I still place an order with you?
Although we would love to receive your order, we currently cannot ship outside of the countries where our online shop is open. However, we are constantly expanding, and aim to reach even more European countries in the future, for your full satisfaction!
Good news: If you live in Ireland, Portugal, Austria or the Czech Republic, you still have the option to visit one of our Foot Locker stores and place a Sneaker Finder order if your desired item is not available in your local store (this service is not available in Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey).
Do you offer express shipping or next-day delivery?
We currently do not offer any shipping methods other than Standard. This type of delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days (a bit more if you live in Norway or Sweden 鈥?check our Shipping Information for details). If you place your order during the weekend, we will start processing it on the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to check the status of your order in three ways:
Through the Shipping Confirmation email:

Log-in, go to "My Account" and see the "Orders" section to check your order details and shipping status. The tracking number can be used on the courier's website to check the current location of the shipping.

I didn鈥檛 receive my tracking number. Can you help?
You will receive your tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email when it becomes active on the courier's website. This will usually take 1-2 working days after placing the order.
If you have not received the email within this timeframe, make sure to check the spam or junk folders in your email account (sometimes the email may end up there). If you are from the UK, please check this article.

Help! I am a UK customer and cannot track my order.
Sorry to hear that! But please don鈥檛 worry. Let us explain: UK customers whose orders are shipped with UK Mail will only be able to track their order once the package arrives in the UK - this might take 48 hours from the time of shipping.
UK Mail will send you your tracking number by email and text message as soon as your order reaches the UK shores. So please do not worry if you don鈥檛 receive a tracking number within the first few days after the order: the shipment is still being processed correctly!
When will you dispatch my order?
We want you to get your new purchase as soon as possible! That's why we start preparing your orders as soon as we receive your payment. If an item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will try to source it from one of our European Foot Locker stores and dispatch it from there. In that case, the processing and delivery time of the order may be a bit longer.
If you place your order during the weekend, we will start processing it on the following Monday.
