Shipping to the United States
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.
Shipping and handling charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses.
Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
鈥燜ree standard shipping and handling is valid for logged-in J.Crew Rewards members on qualifying orders. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. See table above for shipping and handling details. Free standard shipping and handling will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Orders shipping free to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via standard shipping and delivered by UPS or USPS. Orders shipping free to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands will be sent via USPS. Terms of offer are subject to change.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping and handling charges.
Shipping to Canada
We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping and handling to Canada for USD 9.95. We ship via UPS Standard service directly to your door. You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Taxes will be included in your order total. No additional duties will be applied at checkout or upon delivery. Customs delays can be common when shipping to Canada, so please factor this in when placing your order. Orders shipped to multiple addresses will be charged USD 9.95 for each individual shipment.
All shipments to Canada must be made to a physical address. We are unable to ship to Canada P.O. Boxes. Attention: Customers ordering shipments to the Yukon, Northwest or Nunavut territories must call 866 739 5942 to complete their order. Orders shipped to these territories cannot be processed at jcrewfactory.com at this time.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days via UPS Express for a flat rate of USD 25. In cases where UPS Standard service is not available, your order will default to UPS Express and will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25.
Orders shipped to different addresses will be charged separately per individual shipment. Any items shipped via UPS Express to one address will be shipped at a flat rate of USD 25 while items shipped via UPS Standard to another address will be shipped at USD 9.95.
