Should you receive a damaged item for which returns are not normally allowed, please contact our Customer Love team. In order to ensure the team can readily solve your problem, please have the order number and the email you used to purchase the item available. Please note damaged items are eligible for a full refund once the item is returned and the damage is confirmed.鈥?How can I track the status of my return?
You can track the status of your return from your Orders page. Once your return shipment is confirmed as Delivered, we'll send you an email confirmation. You'll then receive your refund in 3-5 days.
