Types of shipping
Party City offers several types of shipping, as well as many free Party City shipping codes. Whether you need party supplies for an event that is months away or urgently needed for tomorrow night, Party City has it covered with the following options:

The standard shipping ($ 7.99) is sent by land and is delivered in 2 to 6 business days. Packages weighing 10 pounds or lighter are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), while packages weighing more than 10 pounds are shipped through the United Parcel Service (UPS).
3 Day Select ($ 12.99) is delivered within 3 business days.
2nd Day Air ($ 19.99) is delivered within 2 business days.
Next Day Air ($ 29.99) is delivered the next business day.
Saturday Next Delivery Air ($ 34.99) is delivered on Saturday if the order was placed on a Friday. It is not available in all locations.
In addition, the following additional charges may apply:
An additional $ 10.00 per delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
An additional $ 5.00 for delivery to an army post office (APO) or a fleet post office (FPO).
For standard items shipped through standard shipping, delivery times vary based on proximity to the Party City store.
Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will take an additional business day to arrive.
For banners or personalized invitations, wait up to 5 business days of processing time. The processing time is defined as the period between the confirmation of your order and the time when the order leaves the warehouse.
For personalized wedding favors, allow up to 7 business days of processing time. Personalized wedding favors can not be sent to P.O. Military boxes or directions.
States of destination / International shipments
Party City sends to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. It can not be sent to the US territories. UU Like Puerto Rico or Guam at this time.
Party City does not ship to international locations.

Orders to a P.O. the box can not be sent using any of the express methods. Hazardous items such as helium tanks, colored sprays, and rubbing dishes can not be returned to the Office of Education. Boxes Free Party City shipping codes are available for most locations. Tax charges are not covered by Party City promotional offers or free shipping codes.
Return Policy
Purchases made at Party City can be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order and must include the shipping receipt. Only the cost of the merchandise will be reimbursed. Shipping costs, including the cost of return shipping, are not refundable.
The merchandise returned must be in a new state and unopened, in the original packaging. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which can be obtained from the Party City Return Policy page. This number must be written on the outside of the package.
All returned orders must be sent using a traceable method. Party City does not pay the cost of return shipping.
Personalized invitations, personalized favors, helium tanks and partial party kits are not reimbursable."
