Things to know:
Sears.com only supports a single ship to address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses (for family and friends), please place a separate order for each ship to address. Each order value must meet the applicable thresholds to be eligible for our free shipping programs.
Check your profile/order center for estimated delivery dates on your orders
Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages
No deliveries on holidays and limited deliveries on weekends
Sears does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
Oversized Shipping
Certain products and/or brands require special handling, are oversized or weigh more than 150 pounds are sent by Oversized Shipping.
Things to know:
Orders usually arrive within 8-10 days from the order date.
We will email/call you with an arrival date, including a scheduled 4-hour window.
If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, you can reschedule for a more convenient date.
Requires a signature of someone 18 years or older.
Delivery is made to the main door of the building, and not to a specific unit or suite number.
Does not include setup.
Available only in the 48 continental United States.
In-Home Oversized Shipping is identical to Oversized Shipping except the item will be delivered to the specific unit or suite number and dropped off in the room of your choice.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Gift Cards and all orders to APO/FPO* addresses are shipped by the United States Postal Service.
Things to know:
Please note that although our website reflects a ship date based on the APO/FPO zip code, we ask that you allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the military postal service to deliver your package to its final overseas destination.
How Delivery and Haul-Away Works
Sears Home Delivery
Home Delivery will be made on the date selected from the calendar at checkout. If you don't select a date at checkout, you will receive a call or email with the delivery date.
Physical address required for delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
Your Delivery Window
On the evening before your delivery, Sears will email and call you at the primary phone listed on your delivery order to confirm a two hour delivery鈥搕ime window. (Note: If the delivery time message is left on your voicemail, no confirmation is required.)
Things to Know:
For products purchased through Sears, only one delivery charge will be charged per trip regardless of the number of items (all items must be on the same order, and delivered to the same address on the same date)
Delivery does not include installation
Estimated delivery charge will display in your shopping cart
