30-Day No Questions Asked Shoe Return Policy
Wear your shoes, test them, play in them. If you are not completely satisfied, we will take them back for 30 days from the date of delivery. NOTE: This policy does exclude Mystery Grab Bag Footwear and customized shoes. Customized shoes and all other products must be returned in new, unused condition.
To receive free return shipping, you must use the pre-paid label that was included in your shipment. Free return shipping applies to shoes shipped to the contiguous United States, but excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO, and international addresses.

You can also order Express Next Business Day Shipping for an additional $21.50 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered the next business day, provided that we receive your order before 4 p.m. (EST) the previous business day. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
