Express Delivery Details
Currently we only offer next day delivery within mainland UK.
*3-6 days Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.
Please note that we deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

International Delivery

Payment, Tax & VAT
Payment is to be made in GBP or Euros. International credit card providers or banks (excluding UK or EU) will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on our sale of the product.
Customers may be contacted by our courier for additional customs information.
For those customers wishing to claim back VAT on orders outside of the EU, unfortunately we do not refund any VAT requests.
Furniture Delivery
Our furniture requires its own special delivery and returns process. Delivery can take between 1-2 weeks. Here's all the info you will need:
Booking A Delivery Slot
We've entrusted the job of delivering your furniture to the capable hands of MK Mail & Logistics. They believe in keeping people in the loop, so they'll give you a call to let you know when you can expect them (a few days in advance of delivery), on the number you provided on your order.
There's no automated tracking for furniture, but rest assured MK Mail & Logistics will call you a few days in advance of delivery to book your slot. We ask that you are available within the slot provided to you as our couriers will be unable to deliver outside of this time (they will call you 30 minutes to an hour before they make the delivery).
MK Mail & Logistics deliver Monday to Friday only, in working hours, between 7.30am and 6pm.
Preparing for your furniture delivery
MK Mail & Logistics will deliver to a room of choice on the ground floor. There may be additional charges for deliveries to flats/ apartments without a lift. Make sure you take note of the item measurements before you order. Remember, it needs to be able to get through your front door, so measure it before ordering. Some items are self-assembly; these items will not be assembled by MK Mail & Logistics and will arrive flat packed. MK Mail & Logistics can unpack and dispose of all packaging for an additional charge, just let them know when they contact you prior to delivery. MK Mail & Logistics normally make two attempts at delivery. If unsuccessful, they will call you to say they are experiencing difficulties. Occasionally we run promotions on furniture delivery. Shipping Exclusions
Unfortunately not everything we sell online is eligible for international delivery, for reasons connected with logistics, warranties and legalities. Here's a list of exclusions:
All electrical items(including those with batteries) apart from Crosley record players
Lighting (except lampshades)
Furniture (including outdoor)
Blinds, curtain poles and tracks
Crackers and candles
Liquids, powders and aerosols
Beauty products
Food and drink substances
Paints, glues and products containing these items (e.g. toys)
Make sure you check this list before ordering, as we can't be held responsible for goods held in customs.
Returning Online Orders
If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable) within 30 days from the date of dispatch. You can return either in-store or post back to our Distribution Centre and items must be unworn, in resaleable condition. For further info on how to return your order click the details link below.
Returning In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned to any store location. Find a store near you to check hours and address information. Please note, items purchased in our stores cannot be returned via post as we鈥檙e unable to process store transactions at our Distribution Centre. Most returns will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Returning Furniture
