DELIVERY OPTIONS
Orders selected for Economy Ground or Standard Ground service will normally leave our Distribution Center within 2 business days after the order is placed. Times may increase during promotions and holidays or if monogrammed.
After the order leaves our Distribution Center, delivery (transit) times vary based on the shipping method selected during Checkout and your shipping address.
ECONOMY GROUND
Your order is processed at the Vera Bradley Distribution Center in Roanoke, Indiana, or one of our US based Vera Bradley Store locations
Your order will ship from the Distribution Center via UPS or one of our US based Vera Bradley Store locations via UPS.
In most cases, UPS will deliver your order to your local U.S. Post Office, or possibly UPS will make final delivery if you already scheduled to receive another UPS package.
The U.S. Postal Service will deliver your order to your shipping address if UPS tendered to your package to USPS.
STANDARD GROUND
Your order is processed at the Vera Bradley Distribution Center in Roanoke, Indiana or a US based Vera Bradley Store .
Your order will ship from the Distribution Center or a US based Vera Bradley Store via UPS.
UPS will deliver your order to your shipping address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please refer to the Shipping Pricing below for specific estimated shipping times. Orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses will be delivered United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard.
EXPEDITED
You may also upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Expedited or Express service) within the contiguous 48 states via UPS. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order will process and ship out of our Distribution Center the next business day. Please note that orders placed using this method cannot be delivered on Saturday or Sunday and cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
EXPRESS
You may upgrade your shipping method for one-day shipping (transit time ) by choosing our Express service within the contiguous 48 states via UPS. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Express, orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders placed using this method cannot be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.and cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
SHOPRUNNER
We鈥檝e partnered with ShopRunner to bring you free two-day shipping. (This estimate is for transit time only. Please allow an additional 24 hours for standard order processing, 3 days for Personalized orders and 2-3 weeks for Custom orders.)
ShopRunner is a members-only shipping service which provides it's members with unlimited free two-day shipping and free returns from a variety of stores.
If you鈥檙e already a member and signed into ShopRunner, your free shipping discount will automatically be applied to participating retailer sites (like ours). This means you get your Vera Bradley order in your hands faster.
