Costco offers different shipping methods. See the Shipping & Delivery tab on each product page for a description of the standard shipping method available for that particular item.
Standard and express delivery:
Most goods can be delivered by parcel service providers such as UPS (United Parcel Service), Federal Express or USPS (United States Postal Service). These forwarders deliver your goods directly to your door.
UPS Mail Innovations:
This service is a combination of UPS and USPS shipping. Packages can be tracked on upsmi.com.
UPS will handle delivery by the time the parcel arrives at your local post office, and the shipment tracking will indicate "shipment acceptance". - Your package will then be delivered to you by the local USPS driver.
Delivery of large items:
Contracted carriers provide goods that are too big or too heavy to be shipped via parcel service. Contracted carriers call you when your goods arrive at the terminal to arrange a delivery date. Please provide a phone number for the day in the shipping information when purchasing. Examples of these delivery types are:
Delivery by the roadside:
The curbside delivery service will deliver your items to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not cover the erection or assembly of objects or the removal of packaging materials. The freight forwarder will call you to make an appointment.
Threshold Delivery:
Standard shipping is via the main entrance of the house or garage so as not to interfere with the door opening or entrance. A signature is required. The freight forwarder will call you to make an appointment.
White Glove Delivery:
Our White Glove carriers deliver goods that require special handling or equipment. The delivery includes setting up and removing the packaging material at home. The freight forwarder calls to make an appointment.
