Standard Delivery:
For standard delivery, you can usually expect delivery within 6-10 business days from your order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). you'll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your tracking information. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and will ship separate from the remainder of your order. The shipping charge includes labor and material costs, packaging and processing fees, and it may exceed the actual cost paid by JOANN to its carrier to send the item(s) to you. Sales tax may be assessed on the shipping charge in certain states, where applicable.
Standard Shipping:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States should arrive in 6 鈥?10 business days depending on delivery location. Orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii should arrive in 14 鈥?21 business days. These delivery estimates include order processing time. Orders shipping direct from the supplier may take an additional 1-3 days for delivery.
Express Shipping:
Express delivery is only available to our customers who ship orders in the 48 contiguous United States. Express delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am ET on a business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am ET will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 4 business days. Not all items are eligible for Express delivery.
