What is an Estimated Shipping Charge?
Uline estimates shipping because we do not know the exact cost until we are invoiced from the freight company. Rather than setting a flat rate, and possibly overcharging you, we wait until we are invoiced so you are charged for the exact shipping amount.
The estimate is derived from a combination of factors, including: weight, dimension, quantity, geographic location, and the method of delivery.
Can I choose how my order will ship?
For online orders, the available carriers are listed in the "Shipping Method" box during checkout. This screen allows you to specify your preferred carrier. In most cases, UPS Ground will be the carrier selected by default.

When will my order ship?
If you order by 6:00 PM local branch time (Mon.-Fri.) from anywhere in the continental United States, your order will ship the same day. Over 99% of orders ship complete (no backorders!) the same day the order is placed.
To estimate your delivery time, click here. While many orders deliver next day without a specific request, you have the option during online checkout to request a shipping method that will ensure overnight delivery.

How can I tell which items must ship via motor freight?
Motor freight is used for items that are not able to be shipped UPS because of their large dimensions or weight.

Will you ship my order outside the U.S.?
Uline ships to the U.S. (including APO, FPO and Puerto Rico addresses), Canada and Mexico. We also ship to stateside freight forwarding companies who can ship your order overseas. Uline suggests UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
