Select a delivery method of Shipping for each eligible item in your shopping cart. Ineligible items will not show Shipping as a delivery option.
MyLowe's Customers: Choose Standard 1 鈥?3 Business Days from the Estimate Shipping Charges drop-down box under the Cart Summary. Your free shipping will be automatically calculated on eligible items.
Non-MyLowe's Customers: Choose Standard Shipping from the Estimate Shipping Charges drop-down box under the Cart Summary. Your free shipping will be automatically calculated on eligible items.
About Free Shipping offers:
Free shipping applies only to items weighing less than 150 lbs, or 70 lbs for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses, that meet standard weight or cube requirements.
Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.
Free shipping does not apply to Special Order items. Special Order items display a future availability date and are not available for same-day store pickup.
Shipping times start once the order has been processed and shipped. For example, a backordered item purchased with 2-Day Shipping may take one week to process, then two business days to reach your home for delivery.

On Lowes.com, the product detail page will feature the word ""Shipping"" in the fulfillment options before adding to cart. Once in the Lowes.com shopping cart, the 鈥淪hipping鈥?option will be enabled when selecting a delivery method for each item. If the 鈥淪hipping鈥?option is disabled for an item, then that item is not eligible and is not eligible for Free Shipping.
Which shipping options are eligible for Free Shipping?
Standard shipping is available to MyLowe's customers. Expedited shipping is still offered, but is charged at a standard price.
Can Free Shipping be used for orders delivered outside the United States?
Free Shipping only covers standard shipping services inside the United States and shipments to the United States territories, protectorates and shipments to Military Post Office boxes (FPO and APO). Standard shipping is currently not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I be reimbursed for Free Shipping if I forgot to sign in to MyLowe's before completing my order?
Customers will not be refunded if they fail to sign in to MyLowe's before the checkout process for orders less than $49.
Does 1 鈥?3 day shipping mean I will receive my shipment within 72 hours?
Your order is delivered to your shipping address 1 鈥?3 business days after it's been processed. For orders placed during the weekend, allow a minimum of 1 business day for processing and 1 鈥?3 business days for delivery.
